Summer chalet holidays in the Alps have got to be one of the best kept secrets in travel. Summer in St Martin de Belleville is probably our favourite time of year, as although we operate Chalet Broski as a ski chalet over the winter, in summer there are so many great activities and so much accessible terrain to explore!

Whether you are very sporty, moderately active or just want to relax in beautiful surroundings there really is something for everyone in St Martin de Belleville.

St Martin de Belleville is part of the huge Three Valleys ski area, but also has massive mountain biking and hiking potential. There are trails all over resort which offer a wide variety of choices for mountain bikers heading to the Alps in summer. At the head of the valley you can ride at an altitude of around 2500 metres with routes leading down into Les Menuires (1850m) and all the way down to St Martin de Belleville on the valley floor at 1400m.

The lifts from Les Menuires are open from Monday 6th July to the end of August and have specifically adapted hooks for bikes, allowing you to spend more of your time riding incredible alpine terrain than dragging yourself up steep inclines!

For walkers, the summer lift system and passes give you access to all that the mountain has to offer, and with lots routes and trails of varying difficulty there is something for everyone to enjoy.

Mountain Biking is massive in the Three Valleys with easy access to world class downhill trails, enduro, singletrack and cross country routes, not to mention the numerous bike parks and North Shore.

Our catered mountain biking holidays are based at Chalet Broski which is just outside of St Martin de Belleville and sleeps up to 14 people in 6 bedrooms. We provide a fully catered service which means that on 5 days of the week, you receive a 3 course evening meal with wine/beers, a continental breakfast, freshly baked cakes with Nespresso coffee and Tetleys tea on tap all day, every day.

The walking and hiking in St Martin de Belleville, the Three Valleys and the French Alps in general is simply stunning. The wild flowers, wild animals and the panoramic Alpine scenery is just breathtaking.

Luckily you don’t have to walk far to appreciate it, as the views from Chalet Broski's large balconies and sun terrace are pretty spectacular. From easy beginner rambles to challenging peaks, there is something for everyone in St Martin de Belleville, not to mention all the other activities in the Three Valleys, making it the ideal base for a fantastic summer walking holiday.

Our family activity holidays offer you exclusive use of Chalet Broski, located just outside of St Martin de Belleville. Sleeping up to 14 people in 6 bedrooms, there is plenty of space for the WHOLE family! With activities such as mountain biking, Paraponting, Via Ferrata, white water rafting and wakeboarding all within easy reach, it's fair to say that there is never a dull day in the Three Valleys!
