All ski chalets are only available to book EXCLUSIVE USE ONLY and are self-catered. We can arrange a private chef for your ski holiday at additional cost.

In order to confirm the reservation we require a non refundable deposit of 25% of the holiday price. The balance is payable 10 weeks before the holiday departure date.
We require a completed booking form and a deposit of 25% of the total holiday price.

* Please note that UK holiday weeks of Christmas, New Year, Half-Term and Easter are only available as a sole occupancy booking, meaning you will have exclusive use of the chalet and facilities.
* Please note that peak weeks are excluded from special offers and reductions unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Check in for all our chalets is from 4pm on your arrival day. If you arrive before this time you are welcome to leave your luggage at the chalet and stroll into the village. Check out on your departure day is at 10am. If your transfer is not until after this time you can leave your luggage in storage and return for the transfer.
From the time of enquiry we will reserve you holiday for 48 hours under a provisional booking. This option is extended at the discretion of Snow Trippin until the required payment to secure a booking has been received.
Once this option has expired, if the payment required to secure a booking has not been received then the provisional booking will be cancelled and the accommodation for that period will be considered available and offered for sale.
Prices are quoted as standard in GBP Sterling and will be paid into a UK GBP Strling bank account.
For bookings made more than 10 weeks in advance of departure, a 25% deposit is required in one payment from the group leader to secure the booking of the chalet.
Payment of any outstanding amounts will be required 10 weeks before the start of your holiday.
If the booking is made less than 10 weeks before the start of your holiday payment of the full amount will be required to secure the booking
Payments in GBP Sterling can be made by bank transfer, Visa or Mastercard. Payments made by Credit or Debit Card will incur a 2.5% surcharge.
